Quattro formaggio cheese balls

These lovely, colorful little bites are perfect for a party or a casual gathering. They make a great statement on the table and in your mouth!


200 g fresh goat cheese

150 g feta cheese

30 g grated parmesan

50 g roquefort

Black pepper

1 Tbsp chives, chopped

Ground pecans

Sweet paprika

Extra chopped chives


Combine goat cheese, feta, parmesan and roquefort in a bowl, mash with a fork and thoroughly mix with pepper and chives.

With moistened hands, form small balls with the cheese and roll some in pecans, some in pepper, some in paprika and some in chives. Store in refrigerator until 15 min before ready to serve, then put on counter and allow to come to room temperature.
