Mediterranean Diet Pyramid

I came across this interesting bit of information posted on the Cheeses of France website, and hoped it wasn’t just the French Cheese Promotional Board reinforcing what I already want to hear: that it is a good idea to eat cheese daily! How nice to see that the National Institutes of Health and AARP did the study showing those who follow the Med Diet have been shown to have reduced risk of death from all causes, including cancer and cardiovascular disease. So check out the pyramid to see the best choices for daily consumption!
