Yes, I confess, I do that on a regular basis anyway, but now I JUST CRAVE IT!!!!! Despite the fact that Birchbark Farm has at least 15 wheels at our disposal at the moment….you can never have enough. It will soon be time for cheese tastings!!

It’s another 29-degree cloudy day in northwest Michigan, so I am vicariously enjoying others’ cheese tasting experiences via blogposts. Nothing wrong with that, until I have my own:)
